1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made through our official website, phone number, or WhatsApp.
Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking.
ZainCabs reserves the right to cancel any booking due to incorrect or incomplete details.
2. Pricing & Payments
Fares are based on the selected cab type, route distance, and travel time.
One-way fares are calculated without return charges.
Round-trip fares are charged as per day or km usage.
Driver Bata ₹400 to 600 is applicable for all type of trips.
Any tolls, inter-state taxes, or parking charges are to be paid by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled trip.
50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 2 hours of the trip.
No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellations.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Responsibilities of Customers
Ensure pickup and drop locations are correctly mentioned.
Keep your mobile number active and reachable.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed in the vehicle.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
5. Driver & Vehicle Allocation
We try to assign the requested cab type; however, availability may vary.
Drivers are trained professionals and instructed to follow all safety protocols.
In case of unforeseen issues (e.g., breakdown), alternate arrangements will be made.
6. Liability
ZainCabs is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the cab.
Our liability is limited only to the value of the service booked.
7. Modification of Terms
ZainCabs reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
